River West invites you to a magical journey through space.

Have you ever imagined that a visit to your favorite mall can be the starting point for an exciting… space trip? River West, from April 25 to May 17, enables our young friends, aged 5-10, to become astronauts for one day and discover all the secrets of space through the interactive exhibition ” Kids on the Moon »

Lilliputian visitors will have the unique opportunity to “step” on the Moon through a specially designed simulation and learn some of the true facts that real astronauts have experienced in space. In the end, our little friends will receive the “1st Greek Astronaut” diploma. After wearing their specially designed space suits, we begin our tour of the magical world of space: replicas of space rockets, space shuttles and huge solar systems are just some of the sights waiting for our friends.

Finally, there will be a photo exhibition featuring images from ESA and NASA, including some photos signed by astronauts involved in actual missions! The exhibition acts as an “educational guide”, with rich audio-visual material and interactive applications that spark the imagination and curiosity of small explorers, inviting them to get to know the history of space exploration even better, from the time of the Apollo program until today.

With the help of our specially trained staff, children learn in an experiential and entertaining way about humanity’s path to conquest space, as well as the fundamental technological achievements that have contributed to a better understanding of the universe.
